Background
With a background in Multimedia Design and Internet Communications, I have a keen interest in the intersection of arts and technology.
In 2022, I embarked on a career shift into programming, completing a Diploma of IT in Web Development in 2023, and gaining foundational planning, design, and implementation skills across a range of technologies—from small scripts, and CLI programs to static websites, databases, and full-stack web apps.
I'm passionate about combining my creative and technical skills with expertise in the social and commercial applications of the web to create engaging and impactful digital experiences.
Experience
My varied experience as a digital communications professional has included multimedia and digital design, 3D modelling and rendering, market research, web content management, and digital marketing.
Across these roles, I've made creative use of visual design, messaging, and web development skills to connect businesses with customers via websites, social media, email, and paid search.
As a developer, I aim to bring my skills and experience together with the discipline of software engineering to meaningfully solve problems for users of the products I help to build.

My interests and hobbies outside of web development include art, reading, music, video games, and photography. I enjoy beautiful design and have a love of drawing, both digital and traditional.
